This Diet Is Very Simple And You Can Lose Up To 10 Kg In A Month



From Monday to Saturday do not consume carbohydrates, only eat them in Sunday for breakfast and lunch. Then repeat the procedure from Monday all over again.




What you can eat: First List
Any type of meat
Dairy products with less carbohydrates and do not go overboard with this store, feta, yoghurt, half a liter max and cheese …
Vegetables (All green: cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, some tomatoes, zucchini, asparagus, celery, spinach, arugula … everything is green and some of the other colors)
– Eggs in all ways, if they burn, then with a little oil, soup spoons!
– Nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts, a full handful of these foods per day)
– The water is very important throughout the day, around 2.5 liters minimum …
DO NOT EAT:
– Any kind of cakes, flour
– Do not eat fruits, (you can eat them in Sunday) – Potatoes, soybeans, peas, green beans, can again repeat pasta, beans, rice, snacks, sweets.
–  do not consume Juices and sugar
 The FIRST LIST use for the first 6 days
At the 7th day include for breakfast and lunch, pasta potatoes, rice, all but a cute, if you want something sweet then take some honey or integral biscuits, a couple of pieces …
Then return to the first day and again without carbohydrates.
 This diet attacks the fat in the best way, while preserving the muscles.
However, you can consult with your doctor before taking the diet.
